A Toyota Camry worth $6,000 was reported stolen on Monday at 4:47 p.m. from a location in the 1200 block of Randa Street.
Kyle Mathew Russell was arrested on Monday at 1:03 a.m. in the 1000 block of Cummings Avenue for possession of under two ounces of marijuana and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Phillip Randall Butler was arrested in the 1300 block of Georgetown Road on Monday at 9:27 p.m. for driving with an invalid license and for having a wrong or fictitious or unclean license plate.
A breach of computer security was reported on Monday at 12:58 p.m. from the 1000 block of South 5th Street.
